Local Delivery

We offer FREE delivery within 30km’s of Bendigo. We will deliver your goods within 3-5 days of receiving your order. If you would like or need your item delivered asap or by a certain day/date please send us a message or leave a note at the checkout, as we are more than happy to accomodate where we can!

In-Store Pick Up

If you have selected Pick Up, you may collect your order from Monday to Friday - 9.30am - 4pm and Saturday 9:30am - 3pm, as these are our current Open Hours. If you would like to collect outside of these hours please send us a message to arrange.

Shipping Policy

We will endeavour to ship your goods within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
Please note we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday it will go out the following Monday.
Please note during high peak times (sale time) we endeavour to get orders out within 3-5 working days. Should you require your order urgently please advise this when ordering and we will do our best to get your order out ASAP.

SHIPPING RATES - We offer flat rate shipping for $8.95.

* FREE shipping for orders over $150 (excludes BULKY and INTERNATIONAL orders)

** Please note that our FLAT RATE $8.95 shipping is for Australia ONLY. For all international shipping please send us a message and we will arrange a quote for you.


BULKY ITEMS - Some of our products are marked as BULKY, if you would like one of these items posted please contact us first so that we can obtain a shipping quote for you. These items are not available for the FLAT RATE $8.95 shipping or FREE shipping even if over $150 is spent.

Refund & Returns Policy 

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase every time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange an exchange or store credit.

All items are carefully checked before posting however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily replace the faulty item.

All postage costs associated with an exchange must be covered by the customer.
